Who are Sleeprite?
We are an innovative online based furniture company selling top quality furniture and electrical appliances at extremely competitive prices. After 15 years experience in high street trading – Sleeprite Bedding Centre, Belfast we decided to change direction and focus on the internet as our shop front rather than the traditional “big glass window” found on nearly every high street. We supply a wide range of furniture ranging from mattresses and divans to luxurious occasional items such as solid wood coffee tables and dining sets. A new and exciting part of our business is domestic electrical goods including vacuum cleaners, audio hi-fi, TVs and kitchen appliances. All of our electrical appliances are bought locally from our wholesaler and sold on to our customers at rock bottom prices.

How Can I Place My Order?
That is entirely up to you however the simplest and easiest way is to purchase online through our website. We accept most credit and debit cards and our shopping cart procedure is very straight forward. Alternatively you can make a payment over the phone by contacting us on 02890460422.

How Do I purchase Online?
Our website has been designed with YOU the customer in mind. It not only looks great but it is also extremely easy to use. Simply browse our products and services and select which items you wish to purchase – make sure you are specific with sizes etc if options are available. These items will be added to your shopping cart which you can check at anytime. Once you have finished simply select the check out and follow the steps indicated on screen. How Do I know If My Order Has Been Processed?
As soon as the order is complete you will receive a verification and receipt by email. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email regarding delivery and assembly (if required).

Do Your Prices Include VAT?
The simple answer is – YES! All prices listed on our website are ALL IN prices unless otherwise stated.

Do You Deliver?
Of course we do. We have teamed up with a number of couriers depending on what you have order. Flat packed and fragile items will be delivered by Not Boxes who also provide an assembly service. They are fast becoming market leaders in Ireland within the deliver and assemble industry. Less fragile items such as mattresses would normally be delivered via one of our corporate courier partners such as DPD – Interlink. Please note that all items delivered via DPD are packaged accordingly and mattresses are double bagged to prevent rips and tears during transport.

Will My New Furniture Arrived Assembled?
All items listed on our website will indicate if they require assembly. If your furniture is flat packed we do provide an assembly service through our delivery partner – Not Boxes. There is an additional charge for this service - for more information please visit the delivery & assembly section found on our Home Page.

Where Are You Located & Do You Have A Showroom?
We are currently located in Belfast but do not have a showroom. As mentioned above we decided to close our High Street Showroom and progress onto the web. This change has allowed us to dramatically reduce our outgoing costs and overheads which in turn is passed on to our customers via reduced purchase prices. We do however plan to open a warehouse facility early next year were we will carry stock allowing customers to call past and check items before placing orders.

What Is Your Returns Policy?
In the rare event that you either do not like your furniture or there is a problem with it, we must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery. After we have acknowledged your request, we will collect the furniture as soon as possible - usually within 7 days. Where the furniture is deemed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund within 30 days however photographic evidence must be provided when the initial claim is being made. If the furniture is not deemed to be damaged or defective, and it is received back with no signs of damage or misuse, then we will issue a refund minus the cost we have incurred in transporting the furniture.

All returns should be returned in their original packaging and please do not introduce any new packaging unless agreed by ourselves. All returns must be returned using our courier.

Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect all items on delivery. If you accept the items from the courier and sign for them we will not be held responsible for any damages caused. You are totally within your right to inspect all items before signing for them despite some courier’s impatience.

Please note, we cannot accept the return of the following items:

1. Mattresses and divan beds unless unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Any partially assembled flat pack furniture.
3. Any item that has been made specific to your requirements e.g.. Special painted finishes.
4. Any electrical item which appears to have been tampered with.
